Hoever there are persons who disagree with the opinion. Those who against this nationwide written test kept in our high school learning state that it doesn't need the nationwide written tests because the quality of learning does not just depend on the national written test. Further, the nationwide exam only measures a small piece of students' competence in specific topics, and does not assess students' competences all through the semester.
